Bodegas Fillaboa Rias Baixas Albarino 2021 This wine comes from the historic Fillaboa Estate, from vineyards covering 50 hectares of land that lie on sloping hills adjoining the Tea and Miño Rivers in the south, on the natural border with Portugal. Fillaboa belongs to the Association of Grandes Pagos de España.This coupage includes eight of Fillaboa’s best plots, with the highest quality grapes. The sandy-loam soil has many stones and the age of the vines ranges between 18 and 31 years old.Critic tasting note: "A bouquet of nectarine, apricot and violet lays the groundwork for flavors of peach, lemon and lavender. This wine feels good on the palate, with a full mouthfeel and a high-acid finish. Babylonstoren Chenin Blanc light, crisp, dry wine that is fruit driven and juicy. Unwooded and refreshing with lovely guava, pineapple and winter melon flavors rounded off with a hint of fresh gooseberries and Packham pear undertones. Patient Cottat Le Grand Caillou Sauvignon Blanc 2022 Light and bright lemon yellow color. Soft, subtle mineral notes are wrapped up in aromatics of melon and citrus. Tropical fruit, citrus and spice aromas and flavors, with vibrant acidity and minerality. A mineral and poised sauvignon blanc with yellow plums, sliced lemons and herbs on the nose. Medium body with fresh acidity and a fruity development on the palate and onto the delicious finish.
